Strength

A1) Push Press 3 x 3 – Rest 60 seconds

A2) Weigthted Pull Up 3 x 4 – Rest 60 seconds

 

Conditioning

B) 5 rounds on a 2 minute timer:

Row 250/200m

2 rounds of 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds

C) Accumulate 3 minutes in a anterior hold
