C. 4 minute AMRAP of Box Jumps and Pull-Ups

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 4 minutes:
– 10 Box Jumps 24/20 inches
– 10 Pull-Ups

Jump up and step down off of the box.Rest 4 minutes

D. 4 minute AMRAP of Burpees and Barbell Thrusters

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 4 minutes:
– 5 Burpees
– 7 Barbell Thrusters @ 52.5/35 kg
