B. 20 minute EMOM of Power Cleans, Hang Cleans, Wall Ball Shots, and Burpees

Every 2 minute for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
Minutes 1 – 2
– 3 Power Cleans @ 60/43 kg
– 6 Hang Cleans @ 60/43 kg
– 9 Wall Ball Shots @ 30/20 lbs
– Max Burpees
Minutes 3 – 4
– Rest for 2 minutes
