Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
1 3-Position Clean

A little heavier than last week – low to high.

B. 10 Rounds For Time of Deadlifts, Bar Facing Burpees, and Russian Kettlebell Swings

In teams of 3:

10 Rounds for Time:
– 3 Deadlifts @ 125/85 kg
– 6 Bar Facing Burpees
– 12 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 44/32 kg

In teams of three, alternate rounds to complete 10 rounds EACH for time.

Athlete 1 completes reps of 3, 6, 12 while Athletes 2 and 3 rest. When Athlete 1 finishes Athlete 2 can start their 1st round of 3, 6, 12.

All athletes must complete 10 rounds each totalling 30 rounds for the team. View on WodUp
