Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Power Clean + Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

Try holding onto the bar for the whole complex.

Clean = Squat Clean

The jerk can be anything of your preference.

B. For Time: Assault Bike and Barbell Thrusters

For Time:
– 40/30 Calories of Assault Bike
– 50 Barbell Thrusters @ 35/25 kg
