For Time:
– Run 800 meters
– 30 Snatches @ 35/25 kg
– 30 Toes to Bars
– Run 400 meters
– 20 Snatches @ 35/25 kg
– 20 Toes to Bars
– Run 200 meters
– 10 Snatches @ 35/25 kg
– 10 Toes to Bars

A very grip intensive workout today – partition your reps from the beginning so you don’t burn out. Push hard on the runs so you have more time to partition your TTB.Rest 5 minutes then do B

B. Squat Clean 1 Rep

Within 5 minutes:
1 Squat Clean
