A. 8 Rounds For Time of Deadlifts and Dual Kettlebell Front Rack Carries

8 Rounds for Time:
– 15 Deadlifts @ 100/70 kg
– Dual Kettlebell Front Rack Carry 100 meters @ 48/32 kg

8 rounds total – alternate 4 rounds each

B. Rounds for Reps of Wall Ball Shots, Toes to Bars, Box Jumps, and more

For 3 Rounds spend 1 minute on each movement, trying to accumulate as many reps as possible:
– Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14 lbs
– Toes to Bar
– Box Jump 20 inches
– Push Press @ 35/25 kg
– Calories of Rowing
Rest 1 minute between each round
