Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
2 Deadlifts + 1 Power Clean + 1 Power Jerk

B. 10 minute AMRAP of Power Cleans and Burpees over the Barbell

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 2 Power Cleans @ 100/70 kg
– 3 Burpees over the Barbell
