B. 4 Rounds For Time of Hang Power Cleans, Barbell Thrusters, and GHD Sit-Ups

4 Rounds for Time:
– 5 Hang Power Cleans
– 5 Barbell Thrusters
– 15 GHD Sit-Ups
Rest 3 minutes between each round
