As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 8 minutes:
– 3 Squat Clean Thrusters @ 52.5/35 kg
– 5 Bar Facing Burpees

B. Power Clean 5 x 3

Within 12 minutes:
Power Clean
– 5 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

C. Alternating Sets: Dumbbell Split Squat, Sorenson Hold

3 sets, for quality, of:
