Back Squat
– Set 1 – 20 reps @ 50-55%
– Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60-65%
– Set 3 – 10 reps @ 60-65%
Rest 90 seconds between sets

B. 12 minute AMRAP of Burpees and Double-Unders

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 12 minutes:
– 10 Burpees
– 25 Double-Unders

C. Alternating Sets: GHD Hip Extension, Side Plank Hold on Forearm

3 sets, for quality, of:
