Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
3 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

B. Rounds for Reps of Assault Bike, Burpees, and SkiErg

For 5 Rounds spend 1 minute on each movement, trying to accumulate as many reps as possible:
– Calories of Assault Bike
– Burpee
– Calories of SkiErg
Rest 1 minute between each round
