5 sets, starting a set every 3 minutes, of:
A1. 5 Back Squats
5 Back Squats
4 Back Squats
3 Back Squats
3 Back Squats
A2. 4-6 Lean Away Pull-Ups (2010 tempo)Maintain hollow body position throughout the movement.

B. 15 minute EMOM of Wall Ball Shots, Power Snatches, Toes to Bars, and Bar Facing Burpees

Every 1 minute for 15 minutes (5 rounds):
Minute 1
– 5 Wall Ball Shots @ 30/20 lbs
– 5 Power Snatches @ 45/30 kg
Minute 2
– 5 Wall Ball Shots @ 30/20 lbs
– 5 Toes to Bars
Minute 3
– 5 Wall Ball Shots @ 30/20 lbs
– 5 Bar Facing Burpees
