4 sets, starting a set every 2 minutes, of:
A1. 5 Front Squats (13X1 tempo)Same weight across all sets.A2. 5 Shoulder PressesSame weight across all sets.

B. Holleyman

30 Rounds for Time:
– 5 Wall Ball Shots @ 9/6 kg
– 3 Handstand Push-Ups
– 1 Power Clean @ 100/70 kg
Time Cap: 30 minutes
