5 sets, starting a set every 2 minutes, of:
A1. 3 Front Squats (13X1 tempo)Same weight every set – aim for 80-85% of cleanA2. 3 Push PressesSame weight every set

B. 3 Rounds For Time of Running, Kettlebell Swings, Pull-Ups, and Snatches

3 Rounds for Time:
– Run 400 meters
– 21 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/16 kg
– 15 Pull-Ups
– 9 Snatches @ 52.5/35 kg
Time Cap: 15 minutes
