4 sets, starting a set every 2 minutes, of:
A1. 3 Front Squats (13X1 tempo)90-100% of cleanA2. 3 Push Presses (13X1 tempo)Build in weight per set.

B. 20 minute EMOM of Bar Muscle-Ups, Hang Power Cleans, and Wall Ball Shots

Every 1 minute for 20 minutes (10 rounds):
Minute 1
– 3 Bar Muscle-Ups
– 4 Hang Power Cleans @ 70/47.5 kg
– 5 Wall Ball Shots @ 30/20 lbs
Minute 2
– Rest for 1 minute
