A. Front Squat 3 x 3

Within 15 minutes:
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
3 Front Squats (13X1 tempo)

100%+ of clean

B. Push Jerk 3 x 3

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
3 Push Jerks

C. 20 minute EMOM of Barbell Thrusters, Burpees, and Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Every 1 minute for 20 minutes (10 rounds):
Minute 1
– 3 Barbell Thrusters @ 75/50 kg
– 5 Burpees
– Max Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Minute 2
– Rest for 2 minutes
