Build to a non maximal but heavy 3 for the day.

– 27 Front Squats @ 52.5/35 kg
– 15 Handstand Push-Ups
– Row 500/400 meters
– 21 Front Squats @ 52.5/35 kg
– 12 Handstand Push-Ups
– Row 500/400 meters
– 15 Front Squats @ 52.5/35 kg
– 9 Handstand Push-Ups
