C. 20 minute EMOM of Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Air Squats, and Double-Unders

Every 2 minute for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
Minutes 1 – 2
– 5 Pull-Ups
– 10 Push-Ups
– 15 Air Squats
– 5 Pull-Ups
– 10 Push-Ups
– 15 Air Squats
– Max Double-Unders
Minutes 3 – 4
– Rest for 2 minutes
