As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 5 Shoulder to Overheads @ 52.5/35 kg
– 10 Deadlifts @ 52.5/35 kg
– 15 Box Jumps 24/20 inches

Aim for 8+ rounds in this workout. Get after it and have fun!
