– Farmers Walk 20 meters @ 200% bodyweight

In teams of 3:

Within 15 minutes:
Sled Push
– Set 1 – 10 meters @ 100%
– Set 2 – 10 meters @ 90%
– Set 3 – 10 meters @ 80%
– Set 4 – 10 meters @ 70%
– Set 5 – 10 meters @ 60%
– Set 6 – 10 meters @ 50%
– Set 7 – 10 meters @ 40%
– Set 8 – 10 meters @ 30%
– Set 9 – 10 meters @ 20%
