Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
7 Barbell Thrusters + 6 Push Presses + 5 Hang Squat Cleans @ 70/47 kg

B. 20 minute EMOM of Sled Pushes, Sandbag Over Bars, Sandbag Carries, and Axle Bar Deadlifts

Every 30 seconds for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
Minutes 0:00 – 0:30
– Sled Push Max Distance @ 80/50 kg
Minutes 0:30 – 1:00
– Rest for 30 seconds
Minutes 1:00 – 1:30
– Max Sandbag Over Bars @ 75/40 kg
Minutes 1:30 – 2:00
– Rest for 30 seconds
Minutes 2:00 – 2:30
– Sandbag Carry 32 meters @ Max Load
Minutes 2:30 – 3:00
– Rest for 30 seconds
Minutes 3:00 – 3:30
– Max Axle Bar Deadlifts @ 70/45 kg
