B. 10 minute AMRAP of Axle Bar Sumo Deadlifts, Farmers Walks, and Hollow Body Rocks

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 8 Axle Bar Sumo Deadlifts @ 80/50 kg
– Farmers Walk 30 meters @ 64/48 kg
– 20 Hollow Body Rocks
