A. Drop Snatch 5 x 2

Within 12 minutes:
Drop Snatch
– 5 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

B. Hang Snatch 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

Every 2:30, for 22:30 (9 sets):
Hang Snatches
– Set 1 – 3 reps @ 60-70%
– Set 2 – 3 reps @ 60-70%
– Set 3 – 3 reps @ 60-70%
– Set 4 – 2 reps @ 70-80%
– Set 5 – 2 reps @ 75-80%
– Set 6 – 2 reps @ 75-85%
– Set 7 – 1 rep @ 85+%
– Set 8 – 1 rep @ 85+%
– Set 9 – 1 rep @ 85+%

This is a “Low Hang” Snatch from just in front of the knee… Drop and reset b/n reps for sets with multiple reps.
