Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Heaving Snatch Balances
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 2 reps
– Set 4 – 2 reps
– Set 5 – 1 rep
– Set 6 – 1 rep

B. Snatch 10 x 1

Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
1 Snatch

Snatches are to be done at the same weight as your heaviest Snatch Balance

C. High Hang Clean 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

Every 3 minutes, for 27 minutes (9 sets):
High Hang Cleans
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 3 reps
– Set 4 – 2 reps
– Set 5 – 2 reps
– Set 6 – 2 reps
– Set 7 – 1 rep
– Set 8 – 1 rep
– Set 9 – 1 rep

D. Clean Pull 5 x 3

Clean Pull
– 5 sets of 3 reps
