A. Hang Snatch 6-5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5-6

Within 30 minutes:
Hang Snatch
– Set 1 – 6 reps
– Set 2 – 5 reps
– Set 3 – 4 reps
– Set 4 – 3 reps
– Set 5 – 2 reps
– Set 6 – 1 rep
– Set 7 – 2 reps
– Set 8 – 3 reps
– Set 9 – 4 reps
– Set 10 – 5 reps
– Set 11 – 6 reps
Rest as needed

These sets are to be Unbroken Sets, increasing in weight up to a Heavy Single. After the set of 1, the same weights should be hit as the corresponding sets on the way back up the reps… ( i.e. both sets of 6 are the same, as are the sets of 5 and 4 etc…)

B. Clean and Jerk 15 Reps

15 Clean and Jerks @ 85+%

C. Barbell Deficit Clean Grip Deadlift 5 x 3

Within 20 minutes:
Barbell Deficit Clean Grip Deadlift
– 5 sets of 3 reps @ 100+%
