A. Hang Squat Snatch 3-3-2-2-1-1

Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Hang Squat Snatches
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 2 reps
– Set 4 – 2 reps
– Set 5 – 1 rep
– Set 6 – 1 rep

These should be HEAVIER than the HPS from Aug. 5

B. Squat Snatch 3-3-2-2-1-1

Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Squat Snatches
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 2 reps
– Set 4 – 2 reps
– Set 5 – 1 rep
– Set 6 – 1 rep

These should be HEAVIER than the Power Snatches from Aug. 5

C. Power Clean 10 x 3

Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
3 Power Cleans

Pick a SINGLE weight and stick to it through the EMOM!!!

D. Hanging L-Sit Hold 1 x 120 Seconds

Hanging L-Sit Hold for 2 minutes

Accumulate 2:00 in a Hanging L-Sit or Hanging Seated position… in either, your thighs should be parallel with the ground! View on WodUp
