Within 30 minutes:
Snatch
– 7 sets of
Rest as needed

In no less than 7 sets, work to a ONE REP MAX Snatch!!!

*DO NOT increase weight after a miss (unless missed behind). We will have 30 minutes to find our Max

B.

Within 30 minutes:
Clean and Jerk
– 7 sets of
Rest as needed

In no less than 7 sets, find a new ONE REP MAX Clean and Jerk…

Do not increase load after a miss… if you miss we weight 3 times, you are done!

C.

Within 20 minutes:
Back Squat
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

In NO MORE than 5 sets, find a 3RM Back squat View on WodUp
