5 Rounds for Time:
– 16 Dumbbell One-Arm Overhead Walking Lunge Steps @ 22.5/15 kg
– Handstand Push-Up
Rest 2 minutes between each round


Max rep HSPU not going to absolute failure. Keep 2-3 reps in the tank.
