A. Deadlift 6-6-6-Max

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Deadlifts
– Set 1 – 6 reps
– Set 2 – 6 reps
– Set 3 – 6 reps
– Set 4 – Max reps

Set 4 = -10% from final set of 6 for max reps

B. Shoulder Press 6-6-6-Max

Shoulder Press
– Set 1 – 6 reps
– Set 2 – 6 reps
– Set 3 – 6 reps
– Set 4 – Max reps
Rest as needed

Set 4 = -10% from final set of 6 for max reps

C. For Time: Deadlifts, Back Squats, and Rowing

For Time:
– 30 Deadlifts @ 90/60 kg
– 30 Back Squats @ 90/60 kg
– Row 1000 meters
