A. Deadlift 2-2-2-Max

Deadlift
– Set 1 – 2 reps
– Set 2 – 2 reps
– Set 3 – 2 reps
– Set 4 – Max reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets

For the final set -10% of your last set of 2 and go for max reps (3-5 reps)

B. Shoulder Press 2-2-2-Max

Shoulder Press
– Set 1 – 2 reps
– Set 2 – 2 reps
– Set 3 – 2 reps
– Set 4 – Max reps
Rest as needed

For the final set -10% of your last set of 2 and go for max reps (3-5 reps)

C. 5 minute AMRAP of Deadlifts and Dumbbell Push Presses

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 5 minutes:
– 5 Deadlifts @ 125/84 kg
– 7 Dumbbell Push Presses @ 50/35 kg
