A. For Time: Barbell Bench Presses and Rope Climbs

In teams of 2:

For Time:
– 30 Barbell Bench Presses @ 60/43 kg
– 3 Rope Climbs 15 feet
– 20 Barbell Bench Presses @ 60/43 kg
– 2 Rope Climbs 15 feet
– 10 Barbell Bench Presses @ 60/43 kg
– 1 Rope Climb 15 feet

You go, I go.
P1 – 30 Bench Press
P2 – 30 Bench Press
P1 – 3 Rope Climbs
P2 – 3 Rope Climbs
etc……..

B. 3 Rounds For Time of Shoulder to Overheads and Ring Dips

3 Rounds for Time:
– 15 Shoulder to Overheads @ 52.5/35 kg
– Ring Dip
Rest 90 seconds between each round


Complete as many Ring Dips as possible every round, as soon as your feet touch the floor or fail a rep the set is finished.

For RX – A muscle up must be completed to get on top of the rings first for the set to begin. View on WodUp
