A. 21-15-9 Barbell Bench Presses and Dumbbell Power Cleans

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
– Barbell Bench Press @ 60/43 kg
– Dumbbell Power Clean @ 22.5/15 kg
Time Cap: 6 minutes

This should be done fast and unbroken. The dumbbell weight is per arm. Due to the nature of this workout we will go in heats.Rest 5 minutes
