Within 15 minutes:
Push Press
– 5 sets of 10 reps
Rest as needed

B. 10 minute EMOM of Strict Pull-Ups and Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Every 1 minute for 10 minutes (5 rounds):
Minute 1
– Max Strict Pull-Ups
Minute 2
– Max Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Aim for working to a maximum of 40 seconds each round before resting the remaining time.

C. For Time: SkiErg, Running, and Assault Bike

For Time:
– 30 Calories of SkiErg
– Run 800 meters
– 30 Calories of Assault Bike
