A. Push Press 10-8-6-4-2

Within 15 minutes:
Push Press
– Set 1 – 10 reps
– Set 2 – 8 reps
– Set 3 – 6 reps
– Set 4 – 4 reps
– Set 5 – 2 reps
Rest as needed

All reps need to be unbroken for today’s strength portion. That means that the bar cannot rest on the shoulders for any given period of time and should be constantly being cycled through the reps.

B. For Time: Push Presses

For Time:
– 50 Push Presses @ 70%

For today’s workout you have to complete 50 push press @ 70% of Part A’s 2RM.

Every time the bar is put on the floor you must complete 30 Double Unders before continuing.

C. Alternating Sets: Dual Dumbbell Bent-Over Row, Strict Pull-Up, Barbell Rollout
