A. Push Jerk 5 x 5

Within 15 minutes:
Push Jerk
– 5 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Build to a heavy 5. Anything below 5 reps will not be counted.

B. For Time: Rowing, Handstand Push-Ups, Ring Dips, and Push-Ups

For Time:
– Row 1000 meters
– 20 Handstand Push-Ups
– 30 Ring Dips
– 40 Push-Ups

Full range of motion required on all gymnastic movements. Scale back if needed.

C. Barbell Bench Press 3 x Max Reps

Barbell Bench Press
– 3 sets of Max reps @ 20/15 kg
Rest 1 minute between sets

D. Supinated Barbell Bent Over Row 3 x Max Reps

Supinated Barbell Bent Over Row
– 3 sets of Max reps @ 20/15 kg
Rest 1 minute between sets
