A. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Strict Pull-Ups and Push Presses

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps for Time:
– Strict Pull-Up
– Push Press
Time Cap: 20 minutes

Aim to do the pull ups and push press unbroken. Increase load on the push press as the reps descend.

B. Rounds for Reps of Rowing, Handstand Push-Ups, Ring Dips, and Push-Ups

For 12 Rounds spend 2 minute on each movement, trying to accumulate as many reps as possible:
