A. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Push Presses and Tall Box Jumps

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps for Time:
– Push Press
– Tall Box Jump
Time Cap: 20 minutes

Aim to do the push press unbroken. Increase load and height on the push press and box jump.

B. 10 minute AMRAP of Rope Climbs, Burpees, and Bar Muscle-Ups

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 1 Rope Climb 15 feet
– 6 Burpees
– 3 Bar Muscle-Ups
