3 Rounds for Time:
– 40/30 Calories of Rowing
– 10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
– 40 Double-Unders

Strict HSPU for RX:
– Must start in a handstand to begin the movement not a headstand
– Head must touch a skull mat or floor
– Heels must still be in contact with wall at the start and finish View on WodUp
