A. 10 minute EMOM of Pull-Ups, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, and Bar Muscle-Ups

Every 2 minute for 10 minutes (5 rounds):
– 2 Pull-Ups
– 2 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
– 2 Bar Muscle-Ups

– If you don’t have a BMU yet then increase the amount of CTB Pull Ups.

– If you do not have a chest to bar pull up then increase the amount of pull ups.

– If you do not have a pull up yet then increase you time on the pull up bar by practicing beats swings.

B. 3 Rounds For Time of Kettlebell Swings, Burpees, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, and more

3 Rounds for Time:
– 15 Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg
– 12 Burpees
– 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
– 8 Box Jump Overs 30/24 inches
– 60 Double-Unders
Rest 3 minutes between each round
