As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
– 9 Deadlifts @ 70/47.5 kg
– 12 Hand Release Push-Ups
– 15 Box Jumps 24/20 inches

B. 20 minute EMOM of Hollow Body Holds and Rowing

Every 2 minute for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
Minutes 1 – 2
– Hollow Body Hold for 30 seconds
– Max Calories of Rowing
Minutes 3 – 4
– Rest for 2 minutes
