7 Rounds for Time:
– 7 Squat Cleans @ 52.5/35 kg
– 7 Push Jerks @ 52.5/35 kg
– 30 Double-Unders
Time Cap: 16 minutes

For today’s workout, you want to be able to perform all your push jerks unbroken every round. Think about partitioning your SC to allow for that.

Row for 50 seconds, rest 10 seconds
