A. 30 minute AMRAP of Running, Air Squats, and Kettlebell Swings

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 30 minutes:
– Run 800 meters
– 60 Air Squats
– 30 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/16 kg

For extra spice (coaches discretion) a weighted vest can be used 9/6kg if work rate can be maintained.

B. Cool Down

2 Rounds:
:45sec. Couch Stretch (R/L)
:45sec. Pigeon Stretch (R/L)
:45sec. Hamstring Stretch (R/L)
:45sec. Banded Shoulder Stretch (R/L)
