A. For Time: Rowing, Russian Kettlebell Swings, Toes to Bars, and Burpees

In teams of 2:

For Time:
– 20/15 Calories of Rowing
– 120 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg
– 20/15 Calories of Rowing
– 80 Toes to Bars
– 20/15 Calories of Rowing
– 40 Burpees
– 20/15 Calories of Rowing

Today is a partner workout and both partners must complete the rowing before continuing to the next section.

For every other exercise both partners will be doing work:
Kettlebell Swing – Handstand Hold
Toes to Bar – Hollow Body Hold
Syncronized Burpees

When partner A is accumulating reps the other partner will be isometrically holding an exercise, apart from the burpees which will be synchronized. Reps can be shared up to the pairs.

B. For Time: Dual Kettlebell Front Rack Carries

For Time:
– Dual Kettlebell Front Rack Carry 400 meters @ 75% bodyweight
