In teams of 2:

For Time:
– 100 Dumbbell Snatches @ 22.5/15 kg
– 80 Dumbbell One-Arm Overhead Walking Lunge Steps @ 22.5/15 kg
– 60 Toes to Bars
– 40 Burpees

Reps can be shared between the pair apart from the burpees which must be synchronized.

B. For Time: Double-Unders

For Time:
– 200 Double-Unders
