A. 80-60-40 Dumbbell Snatches and Pull-Ups

In teams of 2:

80-60-40 Reps for Time:
– Dumbbell Snatch @ 30/20 kg
– Pull-Up

Reps are shared between the pair. Only one person working at a time. After each set i.e. 80 DB Snatch and 80 Pull Ups the pair must Run 400m together, including after the last set. 3 x 400m total.

B. Single-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Carry 1 x 400

Single-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Carry 400 meters

Alternate arms as needed during the 400m. Use the same weight that you used for the DB Snatch. View on WodUp
