A. For Time: Running, Rowing, Assault Bike, and Double-Unders

In teams of 2:

For Time:
– Run 1200 meters
– 100 Calories of Rowing
– Run 800 meters
– 60 Calories of Assault Bike
– Run 400 meters
– 200 Double-Unders

The run and calories can be shared between partners. You go, I go.

200 Double Unders must be completed by each team member. You go, I go.Rest 5 minutes

B. 5 minute AMRAP of Deadlifts and Single Arm Dumbbell Push Presses

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 5 minutes:
– 3 Deadlifts @ 125/84 kg
– 7 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Presses @ 25/17.5 kg
