Power Snatch + Hang Snatch

Build in weight every set if possible.

B. Power Snatch 3 x 10

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
10 Power Snatches

Build per set. Start off light/moderate

C. 3 Rounds For Time of Rowing, Russian Kettlebell Swings, and Pull-Ups

3 Rounds for Time:
– Row 500 meters
– 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg
– 20 Pull-Ups
