C. 10 minute AMRAP of Power Snatches, Barbell Reverse Lunges, and Rope Climbs

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 5 Power Snatches @ 45/30 kg
– 10 Barbell Reverse Lunges @ 45/30 kg
– 1 Rope Climb 15 feet
