3 Front Squats

B. Muscle Snatch 5 x 2

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
2 Muscle Snatches

C. For Time: Front Squats and Bar Muscle-Ups

For Time:
– 20 Front Squats @ 90/60 kg
– 15 Bar Muscle-Ups
– 10 Front Squats @ 90/60 kg
– 5 Bar Muscle-Ups

Bar needs to be taken from the floor. Choose a weight that is heavy but not soul crushing.
